For men or women who, in the preceding, might have laughed for a girlfriend who suggested this was a REAL excuse - without a doubt, Pregnancy brain is a true phenomenon and it affects over 50% of women.
There is research on the market that suggests that a woman's brain does SHRINK through out Pregnancy! The question is - review of grow back? (Keep reading for me when i say on that one! ).
Research or else - I know I'd Pregnancy BRAIN! I could not remember where I parked my car never mind where I actually position the keys for it (and tends to be that I'm very responsible with things like that! ).
I also learned that not only was I JUST NOW forgetful, I was also hard and sloppy (every warm up I drank water I had difficulties finding my mouth! )
So, worry no more, cut yourself some free, and chalk your "forgetfulness" up as yet another Pregnancy warning!
In fact, with all the new changes you've got going on in your body, not to mention nearly all important decisions you've must make (Pregnancy tests, towel diapers vs. disposables, epidural or else, color of your baby room etc. ), it's no wonder you're not 100% sensible!
And what happens to our "shrunken" brain after perform? Based on my personal experience, I am sorry to say it, BUT the forgetfulness never completely go away if you deliver (nuh-uh! ). Take it from me - my daughter is 19 months and i still often find myself visiting the grocery store for diapers, coming home and THEN realizing I've bought everything else But what I went in to ensure that!

1. Keep a tiny notebook - jot downhill reminders, names, appointments;
2. Write a daily "to-do" list - it will Help you remember what you need to get done (like to have diapers! );
3. Relax - plan time the pc to do things like read a novel or take a baths (lukewarm, of course! );

6. De-stress - unload that negative energy having an treat, like a massage or a mindless movie;

8. Put your car keys in the same place each day (sound being a familiar frustration? )!
Pregnancy brain is real. It's also a great excuse - so have FUN using it for the next 40+ weeks!
